At Creative English Teacher, we want you to love your apparel as much as you love your classroom. If your purchase doesn't make the grade, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
